These elixirs are N/A but still bringing the vibes

So it’s 2022, and we’ve got extroverts, introverts, extroverted introverts, and vice versa. Let’s just say I’m the type that would prefer to talk to you through my computer screen. Regardless of social boundaries, we’re all feeling the same pull towards normalcy after a few years of too much solidarity. As we ease back into the real world, us introverts are reminded of what it takes to feel any sort of belonging in social situations, which sometimes involves a couple shots with a mixed drink to chase them down (and we’re not even at the party yet). And we all know what happens the next morning - the headache, the anxiety, the nausea.. But Three Spirit is here to change that by removing the down side of alcohol and leaving behind the floaty, buzzy feeling we all crave (while providing an absolutely delightful morning after experience). Here’s how:

N/A but still bringing the vibes

I have to admit, this is the first non-alcoholic liquor (well, elixir!) that I’ve had any desire to try - if it’s not giving me feels, I’ll just drink a LaCroix thank you very much. When I saw that Three Spirit was still promising mood, energy, and mind altering sensations, I was *curious* to say the least. HOW, you ask? By the magic of nootropics, euphorics, and adaptogens (and most likely a wave or 2 of a wand). While they might sound like trendy tag words, adaptogens and nootropics have been popping up in all sorts of places - supplements, productivity drinks, snacks, you name it. If you’re not familiar with them, don’t expect me to answer many of your questions..but after a brief scroll through Three Spirit’s website, I learned a lot about what they are, where they come from, and how they affect us. People have been harnessing their plant-derived powers for centuries to ease stress, alter mood, and enhance cognition. Bring them all together into a stimulating elixir for a chatty night out or a chill night in. Sounds pretty groovy, right?

Upon first sip

Let’s talk taste. When I first grabbed a bottle, I glanced at the label curious for a hint at what it might taste like. Not that I was expecting it to say “Blue Razz” or “Orange”, but given the wide variety of active plants, herbs, barks, and mushrooms I was rendered a little clueless. What the label did tell me was a few curious words like “fiery”, “exotic”, “woody” and “bittersweet”. Still in the dark, I popped the top of The Livener and took a sip. Woah. There is absolutely no one word that can describe the sheer symphony of flavors contained in these bottles. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before, I tried to put a finger on what I was tasting by singling out flavor notes and ingredients. If you’ve never tasted guayusa, guava leaf, or schisandra before, we’re in the same boat. What I could pick up on though was the juicy sweetness of watermelon and the bitter warmth of molasses (pomegranate molasses, to be exact). You absolutely could’ve told me these were alcoholic beverages and I wouldn’t bat an eyelash. They have the same punch and slight burn that alcohol provides, giving you a similar warmth as it glides down your throat.

While I was already in sweet flavor bliss, what happened next was arguably the best part. After 2 Livener mocktails (mixed with ginger beer and it was *chefs kiss*) I could feel the effects sinking in. Suddenly my fidgeting ceased, small talk became less forced, and an energized calm took over my body. Energized calm? I’m just as confused as you. I can only imagine this is what it feels like to be an extrovert. Did I crack a code? Three Spirit sure did.

Looking for better alternatives

There’s no doubt that there’s been a strong shift in the beverage industry when it comes to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. As the options increase, N/A drinks are inching closer and closer to the real thing in all of the best ways - like adding health benefits, brain food, and mood enhancers that work naturally with our bodies to provide the buzzy sensation we seek.

The best part is whether you’re looking for a stimulating pick-me-up or a night cap to take the edge off, Three Spirit has you covered. For a limited time, Three Spirit is extending the offer of X% off to all Really Good Review readers. Might we suggest The Collection of all 3?
